1. Purpose
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will deliver lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources to the Client
2. Services Provided (Delivery)
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the Client’s curriculum and objectives.
- Create assessments (formative and/or summative) to measure learning outcomes.
- Design learning resources to support teachers and students.
3. Terms and Conditions
- Scope & Customisation: All materials will be tailored to the Client’s requirements; costs and delivery times may vary.
- Fees & Payment: A detailed quotation will be provided. Payments are due within [X] days of invoice.
- Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Intellectual Property: Ownership and usage rights of developed materials will be agreed before the project starts.
- Delivery Format: Materials will be provided digitally unless otherwise agreed.
- Expenses: If on-site delivery or training is required, travel and accommodation will be charged separately.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Written notice of at least [X] days is required. Cancellation fees may apply.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep project information and data secure and confidential
